Andros Island

Welcome to Andros! Andros island is arguably one of the best destinations to spend summer holidays or to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility in Greece. It is one of the largest islands of the Cyclades island group and the greenest of them all. This island is particularly beautiful in spring! During this time of the year many nature lovers join walking tours enjoying the scenery and discovering rare species of flowers.

Andros gives visitors the opportunity to observe different architectural styles, such as neo-classical and Cycladic, as well as a variety of sceneries. This makes it an ideal destination for visitors of different tastes, either they prefer a quiet family holiday or they enjoy nightlife and adventures. Andros has a large network of old trails (Andros Routes) to every part of the island, crossing beautiful areas with dense vegetation and waters, habitats and historical sites.

Andros is just a couple of hours away from Rafina Port, 2.5 hours away from Mykonos, and 50 minutes from Tinos. There are morning, afternoon and evening ferries daily from Rafina Port, and back. Frequent buses connect El. Venizelos Airport to Rafina Port daily, while ferry tickets can be bought on-site before boarding. Pre-booking is recommended in July and August and on summer weekends. If you need help with ferry timetables and tickets, please do not hesitate to contact us! Book your ferry tickets and Travel to Andros!
